Q: During shipping, is my MacBook insured?
A: Yes it is, by default we insure every MacBook up to $1000 or less depending on it's market value, we also offer additional insurance if you need it, up to $3000.
Q: I have important data on my MacBook but I want to ship it for repair, what should I do?
A: Please make sure to have a backup of your data before shipping it, remember that in the worse case scenario, a MacBook is always replaceable but NOT your data, that is entirely your responsibility.
Q: I live in Toronto; can I bring my MacBook directly to you for faster service?
A: Yes you can, but you must call first to arrange a drop off time.
Q: How long will it take to get my MacBook repaired?
A: We aim to repair it within 24hr (business hours) from the time we receive it.
Q: What payment methods does your company accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, we also accept cheques for local clients only !
Q: Do you also repair iMacs?
A: We do not because of weight and the shipping costs, but if you are located in Toronto, we might be able to help you out, give us a call.

Mac Repair Canada fees and charges for the service you select are provided to you during the ordering process and are available on the Mac Repair Canada websites unless otherwise provided to you in writing. You agree to pay the charges applicable to your selected service, as well as any, applicable taxes and other charges including but not limited to initial fees. You also agree to pay any additional charges or fees applied to your billing account for any reason, including but not limited to, interest, and charges due to insufficient credit or insufficient funds.
3.1. Mac Repair Canada will make every reasonable attempt to troubleshoot, analyze, assess, correct or otherwise fix your Apple device or problem. If Mac Repair Canada is unable to resolve your computer problem if it turns out that is beyond repair, you may in some extreme cases still be liable for charges for time spent by Mac Repair Canada in an attempt to correct a problem.
3.2. All payments are expected to be collected at the beginning of the repair.
3.3. In the unlikeness of the event a technician discovers an un-foreseen computer problem which requires additional cost to fix and the customer declines the repairs, the payment for the original service is expected.
4. Limitation on liability
In no event shall Mac Repair Canada. and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any consequential, direct, incidental, indirect, punitive, special or other similar damages or any damages resulting from loss of use, or loss of data, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of materials or services available from the site, even if the possibility of such damages could have been foreseen by Mac Repair Canada.
Mac Repair Canada. is not responsible for any injuries sustained by users because of or as a result of any service.

It is your responsibility to back up all software and data that is stored on your computer's and MacBook's hard disk drive(s) and/or on any other storage devices you may have prior to service performed on your computer or devices. Mac Repair Canada and/or its third party service provider shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration or corruption of any software, data or files.
